Description
A half Red Wagyu (Akaushi), half Black Wagyu donor cow with an excellent flush history, averaging more than 12 embryos per flush. She is sired by WSI Umemaru (Hikari x the Kaedemaru import cow, which makes her double-bred Dai 10 Mitsumaru) and out of a CHR Kitaguni 07K daughter. A steer out of her by Shigeshigetani 30T produced exceptional ribeyes with a very low lipid melting point of 71°F in the ranch's testing. She is a medium-framed, docile cow of about 1,100 lb. DNA tests: SCD VA, Tenderness 4.
