McAlester

Description

McAlester is a big, chart-topping Beefmaster sire that DL Texas Ranch uses heavily across its breeding program. The ranch's own herd sire, NG McAlester 616F, is a McAlester son, and the ranch holds a range of embryos sired by McAlester. DL Texas Ranch describes him as combining phenotype, pedigree and performance, with strong rankings on both the Maternal and Terminal indexes. He also sired the ranch's young donor DL Texas Sweetheart.
